Looks like a nice plant. Healthy color.
Just feel like you could get the same result with less work by just leaving it alone. But that is just my opinion and is we all know. Opinions are like assholes. We all got em.
I just lay a net across the top and smash them under it. When the net is full i let them go up.
I want to get from seed to harvest as fast as possible. To me is just feels like doing all that only makes everything take longer.
But if you just love growing and playing with your plants, then your doing great.

Next time I would spread the branches farther apart, which will allow light to get to lower leaves. What I worry about with taking too many leaves, is if a problem arises. If leaves start dying, there's not many to pick up the slack.

But the net doesn't look full at all. That net is seemingly doing nothing. You should try tucking or weaving the side branches next time.

908, Have you read this? Might give you a new outlook on using a scrog screen... Scrog is not just about growing a plant through a screen.. It's about keeping a plant under control, and mostly keeping it below the screen until you tell it to flower.. It's an easy read.. First dozen pages tells it all.

Your training method looks good. When I've done similar, I LST the branches down and outward to further increase the surface area of the plant. My suggestion would be to use more of those clips higher up on the branches.
edit: adding picture, hope that is okay. One white widow plant in 5 gal DWC. not a true mainline structure, tho I multitopped, and lots of lst.

In my experience, a scrog beats mainlining, particularly if you account for the additional time required to mainline.
I can fill a scrog screen much faster than mainlining a plant to provide similar size canopy.

Yes. I was going to but got lazy. Last run was a double screen. Next run most likely will have a double.Ok now that looks great

All depends on the grower and their goal. I prefer mainline because I am lazy. Minimal work up front, then just let them grow. Uniformity in my canopy, plenty of space for good airflow, no constant tucking or defol. Just 8 colas reaching for the light getting fat. Easier to topdress, easier to water and easier to see all sides of the plant. Harvest is a simple snip and done to hang the whole plant and because of the shape, it's already properly spaced for airflow during the dry. Less work than clipping each branch off while dealing with the net.
Yield is not my goal, I have plenty as it is so the added 3 weeks for me(in soil) of veg do not bother me if it means less work in the end.
