Hey all, almost time to harvest and useing a cheap magnifier to check trychromes. what are you all useing?? whats a good one and where can it be purchased........

Amazon Prime + 5 bucks + 2 days = good enough. All you need is a 30x-45x. Can get them with super white LEDs built in for illumination.

I can't find it. It is really small.
I just ordered a 45x with a light. It was $1.78 and is on a slow boat from china right now.
I think the 30x isn't enough and the 60x gets you in too close.
I bought this one because it had the biggest lens for cheap. As was said you can get a cheap loop at radio shack.

30X is perfect for me, higher power is hard to work with sometimes. I use a jewelers loupe. Just upgraded to this one for 10$

i need 60x minimum, maybe my contacts cause the problems with my handheld 40x lens, but I need the 60x-100x jewelers style loupe... its kind of a pain to get focus, and u may damage more trichs than you like, but you get in there and see them perfectly.

stand across the room and look at your triches or screw on another lens and get up close and personal, this is by far the best scope I've used, it lacks illumination but if you don't have that in the room already how are you growing???
