I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, have broken my neck twice, puke all the time, am on lots of drugs that make me feel like shit and now I have to get another operation to remove the hardware because it gave me another infection that burst open on my back a couple months ago. Weed eases my nausea. Helps ease the pain and just generally makes me feel well enough to do something or to even want to do something. Problem is I live in Minnesota. I can't believe how this stated shifted to Purple. Who the hell are these people? They just showed up 15- 20 years ago. Anyway, is there anything possible for me?

Thanks for the positive comments guys. The hazes are going quick.

8mileshigh: Sounds like you could really benefit from MMJ. All I can really think of is move to a state that has legalized for medical use. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I looked on some dispensary sites and saw they had things like suckers, gum, olive oil, etc. I would get my Dad or Sister to drive me to Timbuktoo if I could get this instead of smoking. Do I have to live in Colorado? Shit, is this Europe or something? I thought we all lived in the same country. I'm a Vet, the way I see it is, I put in time for my Country, not just Minnesota.

8mileshigh,

I agree with you, the transfer of licenses from state to state is something that needs to be worked out sooner rather than later. As of now traveling out of state with medication legally for anybody isn't much of an option. You have to have a resident to obtain a card in Colorado, but I can't say anything for other states. Suckers, ice cream, any delicious edible you could imagine, oils, tinctures, and... coming to Lyons in about two weeks. GANJA PIZZAS.

Perhaps you could start the movement where you live?

I am constantly amazed to hear people who think we live in a free country! I have lived in several other countries and I can tell you that we are by no means even close to living in a "free country". It also amazes me that Americans go along accepting even the name of thier country. There is nothing united about the states that make up the USA! We are about as united as the different countries in Eastern or Western Europe . Almost all of the "freedoms" that most Americans think they have are fantasys. We still are not allowed free speech during a trial if we are accused of drug trafficing by the Federal Goverment. We cannot mention that we are law abiding licenced Medical Marijuana patients or caregivers. Americans for Safe Access and other groups are fighting to change the law so that we can have free speech if we are ever accused of being drug trafficers, terrorists or what other nasty title some federal law inforcement agency would try to hang on us. I remember the last 6 words in the pledge of allegiance because it was drilled into me while going to public school. It would be wonderful if those last 6 words were true and not just words.
