Lst?

i have been hearing about this way of growing my plants. can any body tell me more and has any one grown like this befor (any pictures)?

lst= low stress training, involves bending your branches back and forth and twisting stalks to slightly damage them, it doesn't slow down the growth much but it's a lot like a body builder at the gym, when muscles or plant tissue is damaged, the person or plant fixes the wounds in muscle and plant, along with some extra to ensure it doesn't get as damaged the next time you lift something heavy, or in the plants case the wind picks up. over time lst increases branch strength, and with carefull tying down it can be encouraged to run low horazontally along a trelace or in a low bush shape. It has more applications indoors as the outdoor wind should be enough to keep your stalks strong, but indoors they may break under the weight of the buds becaus they have no need to make thick stems in a world with no wind.
