I can't believe of all the hundreds of grows I've seen I do not recall seeing this handy little tool, I wish I knew about this a few years ago for mere pennies it saves snapped branches and wilful plants. Find them on eBay, the green ones are too tight to be usable, but the white ones are very good.

Green garden wire is even more handy, adjustable, and cheaper.

Doing right angle bends invariably means to snap the stem a bit or mush it around or damage it in some tangible way. I was wincing bending the Jack47XL, because it was nowhere near as compliant as the Amnesia, and normally I'd let it get a bit larger. I love the way clip resists the plant trying to fight the bend and also the curved compression point that stops the stem from splitting.

Anyone else use these?
