Lst in flower

hi guys

My plant is about a week into flower and literally just started to show buds but it is still growing over an inch a day and has well passed double its size in flower and ive not got much room left to move the light higher and dont want no bleach it the light in question is a mars hydro ts600 the question i was wondering can i tie it down a bit at this stage in flower?? And if so will string be ok for the job because of this damn virus no garden centres are open and i dont think ive got the time to wait for a online delivery

Yes ofcourse.

LST is one of the lesser stressful training methods can be implemented during flowering.
