Yes you can. Your're just getting out of the stretch and the stem shouldn't have woodened up much yet. If your main stem is thick, tie her top over gradually over a few days.

yeah its still in the stretch stage so you can slowly pull her over and bend her the way you need her! Get the position right! Careful thought cuz the stems will snap easy at this point if they are thick
