LST help.

So I think I want to try LST with these. Can I start now or wait a few days. Thanks for any help.

You need to wait many days. They are just now getting their feet under them (developing roots). Wait till you have 5-7 nodes before you think about LST them.

I'd wait you can still bend em when their bigger

Lst training can be started as soon as you fell that the plant is strong enough to handle it and there is not much help to the plant stressing it out at such a young age you should try to wait tell you have 4 - 6 node spacings the plant would be strong enough.
