lower leaves turning yellow w/ pics

From what i gather it looks like the plant is too tall and the CFL,s aren't good enough to work the lower leaves. i know this happens to the lowest leaves but does it happen als with these?

looks like not enough light. make sure you have a reflector on your light cause that can double your light without buying more lights. and the bottom leaves look like they have a deficiency. are you using any nutes?

definitely a light problem, either need more power, or the light is too far away , thats why the plant is straggly, desperately looking for more light, lower leaves will always yellow first as a result of light deficiency, but will always yellow eventually.

I have 1 CFL and a flouresnt tube, no reflector though, i rarely get the chance to buy any of these things as there is nowhere to buy them close to my location. What should i use for improvisation of the reflector?

Im using "Miracle-Gro: Pour and feed" i found a details list of its contents, but i dont know wheter its lacking in any elements.. i guess it wouldn have loads of nitrogen though..?
