Low budget or what?

So I got a setup now just need some ventilation I'm running my lights at 18/6 but I think I will need to invest and buy a nice light. My question is will these girls grow under these cheap lights?

they'll definitely grow but would grow better with more of them.. what color temp. and how many lumens do your bulbs put?

May want to wrap the containers with foil or duct tape to protect the roots from light. You will want 3 26w NEW cfl's per sqft at the minimum for flower. I use cfl's for veg, cloning and side lighting. Nothing wrong with them as long as they are the right colors.

Get more light looks like lighting is your main problem so far...o and protect your roots from the light..
