Low Budget Closet Grow God Bud

Hey guys, well the time has finally come and I have found some clones of god bud from a local guy and decided to do what Ive always wanted grow my own. I really want about three plants with the use of lst using just soil. I have already purchased the soil and have one clone right now and am using jungle growth potting soil with no time release nutrients with some perlite and worm castings.

My whole problem though is trying to be pretty stealth in my closet and try to be low budget. It has to look normal closed but I dont really care how it looks inside in other words it can be open air. I was thinking of just using two 150w hps from e-conolights and wiring them together and trying to construct a cool tube for them (looking for guidance) so it does not get too hot. Now the whole problem with that is ducting for the hot air from the light. I would like to be able to keep the door closed with no holes in it as that would look sort of strange and there are no windows.

One idea of mine is just to possibly leave the door open and just duct it into the room through a carbon filter so it does not smell. I would really like to be able to close the door but the air would probably get stale with not enough ventilation and not get enough CO2 so the door would probably have to be open unless there is another option. Does anyone know of any solutions to this? It could be enclosed but that would really throw cost way up. I have a little time as it is just veging in a friends closet to decide what to do/design for the whole operation.

Anyone have any input? Also what is the typical output of god bud with lst in soil? I really dont know.

Thanks guys

MMM...god bud is yummy. Yield is pretty good if grown right...should get about 2oz a plant. If it's the original GB, then it's fairly tolerent of most things, bugs irragation, mold...etc. Taste is sweet and high is heavenly. I am currently growing out my cross breed of GB and White Rhino.

As far as your room design goes...have fun with that...lol, I have no ideas for you at all. I grow in a closet as well...but I have my closet door open all the time when the lights are on.

Thats the problem. I have other things in the closet as well and am worried about light getting in during flowering with the door open.

Can you cut exhaust holes at all? If so, you can get a 4" hole saw for about $25-30...If you're renting, you could always repair the hole when you move.

Just keep the door locked and the closet open, or closed if not very hot. Just make sure to open it once and a while. I did a gheto job and taped cardboard down low, so you cant see light coming from under the door. Do you have a thermometer? What are the temps if so? If your at 80 degrees or so you should be fine. I'm running a 250 watt HPS by the way.

I also taped cardboard around the cracks of the closet, and got a green light just in case I need to see in there and prevent light stress to the plant. I also come home after work and breathe on my plant to help with CO2. I tried the burning candle in a coffe can thing too for CO2. My plant is budding great even with my ghetto budget stylee.

Good Luck Man!!

okay guys, I have found a solution. Im going to cut three circular holes into the bottom of the door and put vents in that are white and blend pretty well. One will be incoming air as well as another with outgoing air that goes through a diy carbon filter. I will put weatherstripping around the door to seal the light and have another door as a back up for when family comes to visit or something.
