lost and need help

Plant still in shock its about 1 1/2 months under 3 100w cfl 2160 lumens and 5600k each in soil. Should leave the lights on 24 her schedule is 18 and 6 she gad nute burn and g nats so let her dry up for a week and watered her 2 days ago and this is what she looks like still its starting to get warm where im at so i can put her out side for the sun and freas air the humidity level is only about 32% what should i do for her im lost

looks like you have a some overwatering issues. I'd transplant her into a bigger pot, give her a dose of nutes and let her do her thing. As long as the leaves look healthy and theres new growth i'd say your good.
