hi, what have you given them so far? and are they all pretty much the same? whats your set up? last repot etc
m tring to help them!!
get where your coming from "just survive" but better to have them fine and dandy before you stress them by putting outside, but if your gonna go ahead id start with checking my ph, get that right, ideally re=pot in new soil, even if its only for a week, get some nitrogen into them, they look a bit tall for decent light penetration from small amounts of cfl, (what bulbs are you using/for how many plants?) so try to position bulbs around them, generally plants grow well at first then as there needs change they let you know and that's whats happening here, you can sort it out but you need to get the basics down, good luck though

Two lights ontop and one that i rotate around. i know thats antiquate but they grew pretty tall this year and im just not able to put them outside just yet so they have been sufferingggg. i have read jorge cervantes' marijuana horticulture, just have such limited resources man.rip those out, in penance, and go read that book
a basic understanding of cannabis' needs are necessary before the grow begins.
