Long Term curing issues

Anyone ever had their stuff revert back to that grassy, hay like smell after a few months?

If so how can that be prevented? What causes it and so on?

Its to wet get a hygrometer make sure it is at about 58% dont ever put it in
a container if its above 65 take it down to 58 within a week. i recommend the hygroset 2
hanging plant whole and then dry trimming helps and will make a major difference as well.
