well i know its a stretch but i think the teaparty is resposible for the uprisings in london.

gonna go out on a limb here but i am willing to bet a dollar that these "protestors" dont have jobs, wouldnt take a job if offered, and just figured out their "deserved pensions" (read welfare free ride) is about to come to an end.

to crippled to work, the "protestors" resorted to burning the fucking towns down.

dude, hiring someone in my town is like pulling teeth. they come to the job site and interview the boss.

am i gonna be on the books? will you report me to the unmployment office? will this affect my SS benefits i get for not being stable? can you pick me up at my house 12 miles away everyday? can i drink before work? no shit, someone actually asked my friend that. it was for a bar tending job. she thought she should be able to sit at the bar about an hour before working, and drink her face off. then just get behind the bar and take over.

and that is not sarcasm.

again you can tell the ones who don't have money, business, or investments...they say shit like^^^^^^^^^... for the record I pay 11 an hour...give you 12 .50 if can speak spanish

i have been thinking about a career change. getting too old to be throwing 2 x 4s around. sounds like i should open a laundry.

good on you for doing well. ever thoought of expanding to the east? i have an excellent manager in mind for you ;)

wow you can really tell the people who own businesses, they think they are doing you a favor by paying you shit money, and then they wonder why they cant find any good help,

11.00/hr= unable to afford health insurance on their own, never able to retire, never able to buy a home, unable to afford rent+childcare

open a "self storage" building. low overhead. minimum employee costs. low maintenance. low insurance costs. "owner cannot be held liable for lost or stolen property". you basically build a bunch of sheds and charge people to hold their shit. you even get to keep it if they don't pay you. then you can go thru it and sell it, or simply auction it all off on sunday.


my wife and i have been talking about doing this. maybe start with 50 or so units. they don't have to be but closet sized.

hey goober......its an entry level job. its not meant to be a lifelong job, unless you think that picking up quarters and mopping floors is a career.

entry level to what? you see an entry level job leads somewhere, like apprenticeship is an entry level job, laundromat is a dead end job where you will never make enough to move up in the world, unless your lucky enough to get laid off, in which case government handouts will help you get into school, but after 18months your pretty much on your own.

I dont see creating another wage prison on which he can benefit helping society at all, its the idiotic idea that we should accept whatever we are given and thank god for it that keeps us moving towards a world of stripmalls and fast food everything.
