Lolly Popping?

is there a right way and a wrong way to lolly pop? i am currently on my fourth round, and have never tried it. and i am tiered of trimming those pathetic little buds that dont get enough light. so i figured i could give it a shot. +reps for good help. i just want to make sure i do it right. cause i cant imagine i can just go in with some scissors and start hacking.

I did little but at a time..I few leaves here and there for each plant...

just cut the lower branches of first mate, see how she comes along then cut more to suit yourself.......... i lollipop at least half way ..well i used to scrogging now..

You should still lollipop..I did with my scrog and it seemed to help..really keeps things easier

im not exactly scrogging in dont think. but i plan to flower when i have 40 plants at about 8-12 inches tall in veg. all in one gallon soil pots. and i wanted to make sure i lollipopped correctly without chopping to much off. should i just take off all the lower branches 3/4 and down, or half way?

start with a few first mate, all down to personal choice then mate...
