Lollipopping and Scrog?

Recently I just heard about the scrog method and lollipopping I was wondering if these were only done indoors?My future grow is going to be outdoors and I'm not sure if these methods will be applicable and beneficial to my grow.

No you can totally scrog outdoors. I know some people that do it to keep them low so neighbours cant see. They can probably smell it but.

Personally if I was you and security and stuff isn't a problem. Just top the plant and let it grow massive.
