lollipop or LST? Best way to use more vertical space than horizontal?

I would like to hear what methods diff ppl use to get the most out of there plants in a narrow space. I read that lollipopping is good and so is LST, but what is the best way you have used? I know ppl top/fem/crop etc there plants if there space is not tall enough, but what if its the opposite? what if your space is tall enough but not deep ( front to back ) as it really needs to be?Are there any methods to get more use out of vertical space than horizontal that doesnt effect yield? whats the best way to keep the horizontal footprint of a plant approximately the same size or a little wider than the container its in?

im sure youve done some research on vertical grows. ive seen some awesome results where they take 2 hps bulbs one over top of the other.no reflector and lower the down into the middle of the plants.
ive done the lollypop with a vertical grow and came out pretty nice. i lollypopped them due to i only had 1- 400w hps and the plants were quite tall.

yea I have seen lots of info on vertical grows.. But I was reffering to a single layer of plants on the floor. not a stacked cfg. jsut a reg style grow with very limited horizontal space between plants.

I would say yer best bet is to lollipop em. But i have heard of and seen a more advanced way of LSTing where u train the main stem into a circle/spiral and the side branches will grow upwards

it all depends on you the grower, you want to have a long veg time? then LST, if your in a rush use small pots and go single cola, only thing about LST i went for max yield and instead oh traditionaly having one main cola and several side branches, you will have all main colas....could you imagine having 10 colas the size of your arm on each plant? easy 10 week veg time if its not a sativa...my opion lollipopping is much work, i did this with 20 1gal pots and it sucks pulling them and flushing all that, pick your poison

yes i have seen many methods and IMO the circular method is the best, only thing is when the plant is a few weeks from harvest hard to move it around and the buds need supporting, i dont know how you gowes do it, i like to flush my soil every month so if you want to easily double your strains yield, take a lil time but its truly fascinating....all of this made me go aero, sucks lugging around 5gal buckets and having to run 12 gallons for a flush each plant

Super Cropping is another option if you have not considered it yet. I'm going to Super Crop my next grow to try it out. But really its all up to you bro. Go with what you feel most comfortable with, if you dont like the results try another one.
