Doesn't work for me either...I assume it's because my laptop hates me.....

yes it works i click live chat and a warning pops up the applications digital signature has an error.do you want to run the application,press run another warning pops up java has discovered application componets that could indicate a security concern hit no and your in... hope it helps maybe afirewall issue..

My inteernet connection is too unstable to try and download the latest java. I click 'Ignore' for everything and run it anyhow. Sometimes I have to hold down the mouse in the text entry window in order to type though XP
