little white spects

I havent seen my plants in 5 days. What I see is white spects. It looks like over spray from painting. Not all have it yet is it a nute problem or insects. I have 8 plants growing under 1000w (600w hps and 400w mh), hydrophonic. Thanks every one

does it look like that on the back of the leaves.

Could be mites - they'll leave lots of tiny white specks on the top of the leaves where they've been sucking the life out of them. They're most likely crawling around on the undersides. Do you have a microscope? I picked up a little handheld one at Radioshack for like $12 (I think).
