Little help with the nutes ?

Strain= white widow,cole train,chronic,ak47,motavation
400 watt hps vented hood
3 gallon bubble buckets hydroton RO water change water every 7 days
general hydroponics 3 part nutes
Ph pen tds meter

? 1 Is there any charts out there on how much nutes to give the ladys or ppm chart
? 2 is the more nutes u give in veg stage mean the more they can take when flowering?
My first grow i wood give weak nutes in veg stage cuz they looked fine but when i started to flower i wood get ppms around 500 and they wood show signs of over dose

Yes and No to #2 the more vigous the plants are in veg determine how well they will adjust to flower nutes. So the more roots/ leafs you have at the end of veg = more nutes they can process in flower. But if you pack them full in veg of grow nutes they can suffer defs. in flower because they became adjusted to the high dose's of veg nutes then that is taken away and replaced.
If I were to feed full out all the time take couple of weeks during transition and mix the nutes half/half to allow them to change from one to the other.
