Little advice need re scrog net and 90c wash

Can anyone help. Had a scrognet in a twnt with mites a yr or so ago and must of just slung nets in a bag n left em in the attic. Now question is need to use em again and instead of buying a new one, if i bang them in the washing machine on a 90c wash with shit loads of wash powder. Surely that will kill em and be able to use net again? Or am i a daft cunt n shoulf go buy a new one? Cheers guys
