Litepanels 1x1 LED question

I have two of these

do you think they would be any good for growing?

yeah they should work great but are they just white or are they colored at all...cause most people when they use grow panels like these try to use red and blue spectrum panels to mimic the sunlight and how plants see the lights

It's 5600k which is supposed to be like daylight spectrum. It's white. Very bright white.
