Lights

Hey I dont know if this is old news but I saw on a different post about where to get lights and that you can get the florescents at Home Depot and the HPS and MH bulbs online but I also noticed that they sell good quality HPS , MHs, and MV bulbs along with the ballasts at Home Depot, ranging from 75w up to 400w. Did anyone else notice this or is this something new?

those lights (specifically their reflectors and often attatched ballasts) aren't the best to grow with, but they certaintly work. i get cfls at the depot and my lights from my hook-up hydro shop.

do you think decent sized head shops sell HPS and MH bulbs? because I have a decent sized Wasteland shop in my city.

Head shops sell smoking supplies, not gardening supplies.

smoke shops and hydro shops can't sell any of the same shit, sadly. htgsupply.com has good prices and great trustworthy service btw.

Floros are the highest quality "grow" lights you will find at the hardware stores.
