lights went out

Can someone please help. My plants are three weeks old, i had the power in my area go out for about 3 hours. my plants have been under 24 hour lighting. The power just came back on. I'm keeping them off until i know what i should do. Does anyone know if i should turn them back on or go with18/6 now. please help.

yes turn them back on now and leave the timer set for the 18/6 time settings you want. its ok if the lights stays on longer than normal if its messed up and let the timer take over.
its ok during veg but try not to let it happen during 12/12 if you can help it.

So, i shouldn't go with having the plants under 24 hour lighting anymore? I should switch to 18/6 now is what you are saying?

go on with the lights...its ok if you miss a couple or a few hours....

There is only a problem if you are 18on/6off as an example, you dont want to have the lights on past the normal time for lights off

no im sorry not 18/6. just go with the 24 hr on and continue.
