Lights turned on while sleeping!!

ok my uncle has a set of plants that are in 12/12 well they come on 7am and are off at 7pm so long story short his wife went into the basement for a half hour at around 7:30pm till 8:00pm is this ok? can it mess up his light schedule?

you should be fine at this point. try to prevent light pollution in the future.
