lights lites lyts

hey people,

im a VERY new grower

i thought that id take a shot

i went out and bought two lights they are fluorescent compact bulbs

i believe they are 32 watts each

the fuckin spiraling ones

i started off two plants in my closet and they seem to be growing nicely

theres basically a tin foil dome around them which to me seems good for light reflection

after about 2 weeks the plants have 3 leaf rows

im using super thrive and basic miracle grow soil

think im alright?

i forgot to ask, are the lights im using even appropriate for growing at all????

Sounds all good, those spiral bulbs do you know what colour temp they are? this is fairly important you want cool white for veg and warm white for flowering.

ill go check the package

hmmm well i cant find that info on the package if its even there

but when i picked it out of the store the package had a lil scale on it that had like different symbols on it like a flame and a little sun

well whatever i picked the one that said it was closest to daylight

im going to make sure to go out and get the cool white ones and the warm white ones anyway so i can do this right

Daylight should be fine dude.
