Lights.lights.lights. Help me omg..

Hey guys..

So i have decided to invest a bunch into lights since my first grow is going really well and i'm getting a really good sense of growing.

I'm split between two choices:

250w mh+hps

150w hps

This question is directed towards the pros.. please help me.. I'm planning to grow two plants at a time (3 max) in a "Grow tent" (clothes hanging tent i got from walmart lol). Which one should i get? i'm literally going crazy..

also,, what do you think about the mh+hps thing? does it pose a fire hazard? i don't get this lighting shit lol help me out here plz

Go with a 250 Watt, I personally didn't like how much heat vs. light with a 150 Watt HPS I had Right now I have 2 250's
next to each other and they work great
 
I agree. Get the 250, not only because it will produce more light while outputting about the same amount of heat, but also because you get MH and HPS. Using both will give u much higher yields

If he is advertising that it can support both then it can, I just bought a dual ballast actually and to answer ur question, it can support both if it is designed to.
 
i'm not going for a grow op.. just growing a plant or two max at a time.. do you think it's still bad?
