Should i do a two room (one for vegging, one for flowering) with 400 watt in one and 600 watt in the other or just do one room with a 1000 or 1500 watt lamp and just change the light cycles?

Your decision would depend on whether you want a higher number of cycles per year ( two rooms )for example or alternatively less cycles but more yield per cycle? ( one room )
