i have a 2week old plant under a hydro farm 125 watt cfl how hight should i have the light from the plant

CFL? Should be right up close within a couple of inches. Hold the back of your hand up against the light, does it burn you? It will burn your plants too. You want it just far enough away that it doesn't burn them.
