Lighting?

whats up people i just joined this site but i always refer to it to check out whats goin on in the weed world but i have a stealth grow box and need to know which lighting to use ....i have 2 175 watt metal halide bulbs, ballast etc... i dont know if i should go with this or another more efficient way???? thanks Peace

whut up............ how big is your space...... you could grow with the mh but a hps would be better for flowering

those will do just fine but if they create to much heat for YOUR growroom use flourecents..........good luck

thanks Guys um my grow space is MINIMUM roughly 2' by 2' ....and the box i used is awesome because it came with 2 perfect sized holes already in it ...so i guess run my mini fans thru those .....if you guys have any more info on just a easy way to set things up let me know..o yea and another thing can i FLOWER with the same bulbs????? ...any advice is appreciated! thanks!
