Lighting

Can anyone help me with lighting. I was wondering when do I switch the lights to 12/12? Is it right after the plants have sprouted through or wait till flowering? PLEASE HELP

you induce flowering yourself by changing the light cycle to 12/12.. and you choose when that is m8 ...
