Alright check this.
As for indoor environments are controlled by you. So, by saying that it's your world. It's not earth, where it's 24hours a day. Unless, you want it to be. I personally don't.
I start off the plants life on 24/24 light.
After at the height i want my babes to be i switch my timer. Instead of 12/12, I move em to 24hour light/ 24hour dark. Whoow, whaa!!?
I can do this? yup, why not?
I mean if you wanted to, you could move it to 48 light/24 dark...
