Lighting Questions for Closet Grow

I am setting up my first grow room in my closet and I plan to start out growing northern lights, white widow, and bubbleicious. I plan to make clones with the best of each plant. I am setting up the germination and vegetative cycles in one closet and the flowering stage in a different one. Ive done some research but am still confused about the wattage of lights and how far away to place them from plants.
I plan to flower 9 plants at a time and keep 3 mother plants in the vegetative cycle.

For the germination stage I plan on using flourescent bulbs.

Then for the vegetative cycle I am using metal halide bulbs.

For the flowering stage I am using high pressure sodium bulbs

My question is, How many lights would i need and what wattage is neccesary for each type of light for 9 plants?
Is there a reccomended distance that each light should be kept from my plants? I have not recieved a specific answer yet so I hope someone can help
I was also wondering if there would be too much, or the lights would cause the breaker to short circuit.

I will most likely create a journal when I begin to grow my plants.
