If im making a 6'x6'x6 grow space, to grow six plants in bud.
Will I be ok with a 600w hps .
I know that im going to have a problem with coverage to the last foot of the growing area, I just figured that id have to move the plants daily. to keep the canopy level.
And If some one can tell me how bad an area like that is going to heat up. so I can plan My ventilation.

216sq ft, you could vent it every 30 seconds with a 100CFM fan. I wouldn't think you would have trouble cooling it.
with a 600w (maybe 95000 lumen) you would have 7916 lumen / sq ft (rough estimate) which is fine for growing. your going to have to hang it a little higher than you might want to though, to get light to all the plants.

i use 600 watt for a 4x4 room..and i wish i would have a 1000watt..but a room that size i would prolly have to go with a 1000w maybe two no questions asked..but its do able with a 600w..

The problem is Im running on a tight budget, and as of now I already grow, useing cfl's, and its decent shit. so im shure that useing a hps should give me way better results than the cfl's.

allso the way i planing to set up, only two plants at a time will be harvsted, and the others will be harvested two weeks to a month later and so on etc.

I was pretty much checking my math, I figured that It wouldnt hit everything right off the bat, but if the plants are rotated every day there shouldnt be a problem with coverage. And im planning on adding on later. this is kinda quick set up for now.

Does anyone think that ill have any kinda heat problem, Ill probly just be useing a bat wing for the first grow.
would like to get a air cooled on the future .
