ok..so Im giving my plant 24/7 light for the first 2 weeks, im on day 9 right now...Im going to start 18/6 shifts in a couple of days. My question is, Do the 6 hours of dark have to be like complete dark, where I would put like a towel or a bag over my plant, or just turn off the light that provides photosynthesis?

The blacker the berry the sweeter the juice lol.. If you hold your hand infront of your face during the dark cycle and you can see it, then it's not dark enough for the plant to reach it's full potential.

Roseman did an experiment with gradually decreasing the light from 24 to 18 during the vegging period and until he got to flowering I believe. He said doing that was a waste of time. Just throwing that out there for ya. Good luck with your grow!
