Lighting question

If I run my light lower but bring the plant closer to the light is it the same as having my plant farther from the light but my light turned up more? I downloaded this lux meter that's what sparked my curiosity. I'd also like to quit using a humidifier and I totally could if this is true.

Are you using the lux metre Shane from MiGro has reviewed etc.

And yes it is the same, bringing the light closer to the plant and then lowering intensity will do as you suggest. There will be more experienced people with the humidity answer.

That makes me so happy thank you, I feel I am just now starting to get a grasp on this whole horticulture thing and I love it!
