Lighting? LED experts needed

lighting for L=22" W=20" H=23"

looking at the 180w blackstar but not sure if that will be overkill for that small of a space. I want to go LED with CFL but majority of light from LED. My main concern is LED burns giving that the light will be closer than 12" from plant. Should i avoid 3w and look a 1w for less of burn potential or will I be alright with the blackstar? I was also considering 2 50watt blackstar LED as well as an option. LMK what you all think (besides that LEDs are expensive and i should use CFL)

I have 3 blackstar 100w LEDS i am vegging 8 plants and they work great, they are about 8" from the tops of the plants, for you i wouldnt go with anything more the 100w beecauase of potential of burning tips , the 100w would be prob be the best for you and they are fairly cheap 147$ on Amazon, You would probly want to (if starting from seed) start the plants with the CFLs until the plants are big enough to take the light of the LEDs after that it should be smooth sailing anyway good luck and if you need more help go the the LED thread in the indoor gardening section.
