Lighting for autoflowering lowryder #2

Hey all, so just got my seeds they have been germinating for 24 hours and they have just cracked open . I think ill wait another 24 hours before I plant them so the taproot can get a bit longer. Now, I've read alot about autoflowering and its swayed both ways. Should I keep an 18/6 from seed to harvest..or what is the preferred light cycle for autoflowering strains. Please help ;D

Most of the auto strains I've seen say 18 on the recommendations.

so i dont need to change to 12/12 when flowering begins?

^ absolutely not. Just leave the lights on 18/6 through the whole grow.

yeah keep them in 18hrs all the way, veg a few non auto seeds while you wait for them and when the autos are done switch your lights to 12 12 to flower the non autos, i got both veg and flower room so its all good for me

if autos go on 12 12 it will lower the end weight/yield keep on 18/6 or 20/4 the 6-4hrs dark will help the roots develop
