Without any details being given whatsoever as to your flowering requirements, my answer would be any size LED will do.

What size is your flower room, how many plants do you plan on flowering at a time, etc.?

This, we need to more details so we can answer.

if he has two 240 s you will assume he has 6 to 8 sqft...hey bud, get two more 240 s for the bud room...?

As a rough guess i would say at least go double your veg room in most situations, so 4 lights for your flower room, 5 if you can afford.

I agree with Karr.

Your flowering plants ought to be bigger than the vegging ones, and should require both more space, as well as more light to fill the space.

A good rule of thumb is to double the wattage used for vegging for flowering, so in this case, 4 -240 watt LED lamps would probably be the place to start the discussion.

This, of course, assumes that
a. You're actually using the full potential of your 2 - 240 watt LED lamps in vegging, and
b. You have the space and money to put in 4 -240 watters for flowering.

If not, adjust accordingly.
