Light timing advice

I was wondering if i can alter the timing of my veg cycle? i started 18/6 from 9am to 3am and need to change it to 7am to 1am is this possible to do without stressing my plant?

Just get a timer plug bro. I do 7am to 1am on a timer plug don't need to do nothing but check on the plants after 7am hits and the light comes on. Get a timer plug you will need to believe me!!!

Yes that is not a big deal, you will simply shorten one night for them, night is when they build the hormones to start flowering, if you made this longer you could cause problems, but by making it shorter everything will be fine.

cheers for the quick post i have a timer and im using it but i was wondering if i can change the cycle a little bit without hastling my plant too much just by a couple of hours to make it more convenient to fit my day better?
