light times

hey everyone, my plants are jus sproutlings now and i was wondering how long should my lights be on, and how long they should be off.....and does that cycle ever change at a certain point?

for the first part your grow- you will want to use a vegetative growth light cycle, which in general is 18 hours on and 6 hours off(18/6).
Since you are growing indoors and controlling the lights you can control when your plants start to flower, it is common for people to grow for around a month then switch to the flowering light cycle, which is 12 hours on and 12 hours off (12/12)
