light stress?

Hi guys!

Just started 4 autoflowers. (one didn't make it so ill start another one) and this is how they look like after 5-7 days.
They are under a HLG 260w R spec in a 3.3 by 3.3 in 5 gal pots. do they look healthy to you? I think one is stunted but it grew a little bit today.

Any thoughts?

bio bizz all mix on the bottom and light mix on the top

They look fine. Possibly to much water but they are kinda small to tell. How are you watering?

I sprayed water the first few days when they were dry and yesterday I gave them around 2 lts each with some bio canna rhizotonnic

If you have those tiny little plants 2 liters each they are certainly over watered. I wouldn't give them more than half a cup of water at the most.

2 liters each is way too much. A cup of water in a small circle or continue to spray. A liter is madness
