Light Socket

ok I have been looking for those light sockets that come with the reflector that you just plug in to an outlet... but maybe i have just smoked myself retarded but i cant find them any where. I've been looking on lowes and home depots website but i cant find shit.. so can some one help me out?

Im also looking for those socket splitters, n i cant find those either. HELP!!
