Is a sun blaze T5 4 florescent bulb (24w each) 2 red lights and 2 blue lights, enough juice to do a good job flowering my plants? 5 plants, all grown hydroplonicly under all the right growing conditions. All the plants are close enough together so there all equally getting light. Reccomendations?

That sounds like it should do a fine job. May i suggest you get some warm white CFLs? Get the highest wattage you can find. You'll get bigger, danker buds the more light you have, just watch the temp. And if vertical space is an issue then u can put the CFLs around the sides of the plants to encourage them to grow horizontally.

It will get you started, but I would also add a few warm light cfls around the plants (to the sides, and with in the plants if it's possible.)

4 24w tubes is just not enough light
