Light schedule for autos

What’s everyone’s light schedule with your autos? I have them with my photos now and run 18/6 for now...any help is appreciated.

That’s fine .... that’s how you can run perpetual auto grows by keeping in a tent / room with vegging plants.

I run autos like photos so 12/12 for flower, never seen a difference but i run my photos at 4 weeks veg so kinda like autos - they all finish at the same time that way photo or auto.

I still believe everything benefits from a little sleep, so I think 20/4 works out pretty well, but I quit growing autos a while back.

Was my first run in 6 years and wanted to try them, I will update the yield results as well as grow data once finished.

Ran 18/6 all 77 days and just harvested 2lbs. off 7 autos Christmas Day.

I get it, so maybe a better way to say it is I think they benefit with a little dark period.

24 hours and they're up and praying all the time, I've never seen them sleep like my photoperiods do when they hit their DLI, and I've definitely light-bleached them out trying to max out the DLI.

Heating and cooling create expansion and contraction. Which is not good for things in general.
