Light schedule during flower

Does anyone start reducing the hours of light from 12 hours towards the last few weeks of flowering or is this just another myth

I’ve done it before but haven’t really noticed a difference. Now I just start dimming my lights down gradually when I start my flush and I’ve noticed it does make them a little more frosty

Light manipulation is another way of helping to speed up the ripening process.

along with reducing temps etc and overall light intensity.

does it make much difference i honestly couldn’t say as I don’t do it lol.

The reason I ask is for the last week or so it seems like they grow more when the lights are out o don't know if I'm imagining it or not lol
