Light product question?

I was recently browsing the web to find a small cheap grow light for my plants and i found this perfect little desk lamp type light and it runs at 9 watts and i think this is perfect because i started growing late in the summer around July 10th and i want my 4 plants to stay small and i just want a small harvest for personal use here is the link.

way too small, my friend. 9 watts of CFL is 540 lumens. you'll get a few hairy (not even fluffy) buds from that bulb.

if you want a desk set up like that, you'll need to get two of those twin light bulb sockets from the hardware store and wire them up together and plug them into a timer. those four cfl bulbs (try to get at least 30 watts each) surrounding only one plant, will get you some decent desktop dank. otherwise, you will be very disappointed after months of waiting.
