Light Mover - Are they worth the money

As I slowly put my grow room together I was wondering about a light mover. Are they worth the money? Do they live up to their claims (produce a much larger yield)? If you have one are they problematic?

Room is 9w x 8l x 7h.

TIA

More plants, keep the light a lot closer, much better light distribution, save money on electricity, the benefits go on and on.
If they had more sizes for better prices I'm sure a lot more people would use them. If u have the right size room for one, go for it!

U have the exact same room size as me. What kind of grow are u doing?
What are u thinking about using for lights, etc...?

Yeah prices are high (for what they are/entail). Panhead made one (tried also) and doesn't use them if I remember right. (or at least not a big fan of) Also keep in mind that if its a linear, the center plants still get the most light. It passes over twice for each pass. Now an intelligent motor controller can slow it at the ends and speed up through the middle to gain equal coverage.

A rotary system doesn't have the prob with a shielded in the middle.
