light help

Hi all new grower here and i am after some advice i am thinking of starting a 1-2 plant SCROG grow in a simular setup to this http://www.stonerforums.com/lounge/diy-how/18712-stealthy-night-stand-grow-box.html either the same size or bigger for personal use and i am woundering if a 250watt hps would be the way to go or would using fluros be better.

CFL. Hps would be a waste of energy when you can grow with awesome results under cfl's.

watts is watts 250 worth of cfl use same as 250 hps i looked at link and only thing i found was a comment asking what is temps with 250 watts cfl so i assume thats what he planned to run i may be wrong but besides that good call on the cfls miteubhi i dont think u could run a 250 hps in this to high of temps and cfls r good for small spaces u used them till i moved up to hps
